Mr N.V. Nagendra in the year 2004.
RNS Associates has a reputation in providing Detailed Engineering Design Services in the areas related to Civil Infrastructure projects.
RNS has conducted field investigations and detailed design for various Institutional Buildings, Commercial, Residential and Industrial Buildings.RNS also has Design Experience in Upstream and Downstream Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Power Plants, Industrial and Infrastructure Projects.
The company is started by Mr Nagendra a dynamic engineer who shares the passion for analysis and design of structures and the engineering involved. All the persons involved have exceptional track record and experience. The goal is to provide excellent service by keeping in mind the cost effectiveness of the project.

Monitoring project progress (tracking) without & with, resources & budget using different baselines & project plans. Earned value analysis with respect to activity (task) duration % complete, physical % complete, earned value management for controlling of project on time & within budget.
